"If nothing happens he will have no credibility"............... That quote is a no brainer. And will be in big legal trouble. That is why I think there is a deal in the making. Nobody in his right mind would expose himself this way to Criminal charges, ruining reputation, and life.

What would be important to know is the details , $10B over how many years and for what activities. When does the cash start flowing toward MAEO for production of the Black box. It would be nice if deal would include helping Mullen to fund the commercial truck production starting in August-September and expediting the production of the FIVE, I doubt it. Its all about the details, details, details.
