Well it looks like some folks need to get some updates so they can get off their bandwagons. I have a few data points that are real and factual, as always Links and Facts that one can review, (no IMO's) .

1. If one has been in DUTV some time (years some have said) , the days of Joe Passalaqua and Malcom N. (already gone) , are about over. This will have nothing to do with old DUTV soon and shows as it is no longer in the SOS Delware, but has been recdomiciled ot Wyoming SOS . Last disclosure , Pg 1 and 2, due to the Merger, which shows clearly on Feb 27, 2023.

2. It has really become appaerent with the recent PR even this week that the Feed Earth Now (FEN) Terreplenish Team that has been around for over a decade (Cathy S and the rest of that group) is on the verge (or has closed) the agreement between them and the Easy Energy Systems Team. While that has taken some time , there are many moving parts in any agreement, disclosure , acquisition that have to fall into place , it can be very complex due to the other moving parts of Terreplenish Sales, Customers in the past , agreements on the future and so forth. But this is very clear it is moving ahead.

3. FEN / Terreplenish will be attending and speaking at the Illinois Recycling Association this coming Month June 2023. Members of the MidWest Easy Energy Systems Team will also be attending . https://illinoisrecycles.org/about/

6. Contrary to the IMO Posters (in my opinion) , there is much, much more than one thinks in a transaction to this. Just Google "OTC Markets Reverse Merger guidelines if not a shell" , and look at all the ATTORNEY FIRMS (legal lawyers) input on this . So the point is if you know the history of DUTV , do not post one has been with them for Years , that is not the case, DUTV came into existence a few years back. It is entertwined with Dakota Max LLC also domiciled in SOS Wyoming and all will come to Mark G shortly.

7. Joe Passalaqua has been in the OTC world for many years, knows very well what to do , been associated with many symbols and so forth. However in the case of DUTV , just go by the disclosures and on Feb 10, 2021 , an SEC Filing was done to change the Name to DUTV and signed by Noemi Espinol (works for Joe P) and in turn Malcolm Nickerson become the CEO. https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14687614&guid=2UT-kn10eYd-B3h. 8. So the rest is really History , Mark has been very transparent wtih over 20 PR's and various messages from his Twitter account. Ok, so some of the items did not materialize and probably for a good reason after legal vetting , reviews he did and also getting some advisors that more than likely by all accounts steered the overall goal into the right direction. Then FEN came along into the picture about 10 months ago and that takes Legal Action on taking two Private Companies and merging , acquiring , revenues , making sure all aspects are covered, but the messages in the past month have all shown that moving forward as mentioned above.

Then the transition of the OLD DUTV that was in Delaware SOS , becoming the NEW DUTV is shown by the Redomicile into Wyoming SOS (see item one) last disclsoure in April of 2023, (Last MONTH) and stated in the dislcosure (see link Item 1 above) as of Feb 27, 2023.

Now both sides are reviewing the final terms , handing over any documents for Mark G and his legal team to give the final review , Accounting, Legal , OTC Markets notified, proper documents filed. , Sec Notified, Change of Control Published and so forth it takes time. Joe Passalaqua has shown he is favorable in his part in getting this done, so all will be done shortly when the legal items come together. Mark G has not given up , but instead stood tall on making sure his private company , patents trademarks, plus protecting his new Parteners Feed Earth Now are all in place. I am good with the last PR, knowing that all of the players are moving forward with projects, expansion, sales in the background, when the Change of Control happens and DUTV becomes the new DUTV , then that will come out and only then .
