You have a point there JB, but what if they do just that with a merger/name change, or a reverse merger into a larger company that either already is public, or desires to go public?

I wish that they had went with ($PIPR) Piper Sandler instead, but by going with "Exchange Listing", I see it one of 2 ways...

The up-list for $RGGI seems premature before more sales are landed, or... Patel is looking for a buyer because the tech is hot.

I lean towards the 2nd theory, because of his previous actions prior to RGGI, and because of the fact that ingenuity in industrial engineering is the immediate future.

Being a CEO takes time away from the inventing lab. Patel is an inventor.
