Alonzo Pierce had similar struggles after hijacking……

the Team Nation shell, which is what Tony is experiencing now. Alonzo had to acquire a cleaner shell to raise funds, so he did.

All APRU beneficial owners have to apply for the licenses. And of course Tony needs $$$$$ and said it was going to be raised via Preferred shares. No one in their right mind would accept an APRU Preferred A or B until that mess that Tony created is cleaned up.

BTW, I just bothered the TX SOS website on its holiday weekend and the supposed new conversion rights aren’t showing yet.

The lights might come on at some point but I won’t hold my breath.

Glad she called me after hours, but I won’t whine about it. I left a voicemail right after lunch and figured she would get back to me next week, but influence has it’s perks I suppose.

And as I said, the license application is the least of Tony’s worries. He’s got bigger struggles than that. Maybe he should reach out to his buddy Alonzo. He can relate.
