There was absolutely nothing “hidden” in the liquidation once the transaction was closed. The only thing that outlived the proceedings was the judge told the shareholders lawyer they couldn’t disclose the contract he let them have a copy of.
Nearly 5 years since BioAmber was heard from. Ever wonder why?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
