That is the 2nd notice to d-w-w-acked this year alone for non compliance. I think there were a few in 22 as well.
No reason a shell spac should be not filing on time every time.
People should also not forget that d-w-a-cked was technically committed to merge with their own company tmtg which it was all a setup to get billions in donors (alleged 'investors') in pre trading deals. This is one of the main reasons for the SEC ongoing investigation. Insider trading as well as shady loans made to cheeto and orlando. Millions from funds connected to his pal putin.
