LCY can “go public” anytime they want, or not, and it won’t have anything to do with the empty, out of business, voided corporation FKA BioAmber.
Since it was liquidated of everything of value (plant, patents, etc), with the remaining debt still attached, tell me why anyone would want it? Show your work…
