Dude I don't think you understand yet that Frank is not the CEO and he in not in the capacity of making any decisions any long for FCGD... Singh is the CEO and he is also the CEO of UMMC... This is a done deal and just waiting in the Announcement of the closing of the merger.... Read the filings and last couple PR that have been issued and that will help you to understand the Frank is gone from upper management.
