Recession & Commercial Real Estate Crisis

There is little question that there is a MAJOR recession hitting the Blue States and the leftist mentality that has dominated California, Chicago, and Oregon as well as Washington State and New York,  is creating a major economic diversity within the United States which is adding fuel to the entire economic catastrophe on the horizon. Nationwide, office space is now at a 20% vacancy rate. The entire COVID lockdown and this agenda of 15-minute cities have combined to fuel the next major real estate crisis but it will be in Commercial Real Estate - not residential. We are looking at $11 trillion in mortgages in this Commercial sector and COVID pushed the closure of offices and pushed people to work virtually that was a deliberate plot to stop commuting to "save the planet" but at an economic crisis that will be worse than the 2008 real estate crisis for commercial real estate has nowhere to go but down...
