Biden can be a hero, but he seems destined to be a Nero. Releasing them would fire up markets, yes whole markets. Yellen and Powell are too arrogant to understand what a jewel the GSEs are, they are stealing pennies in comparison to hundreds of dollars they can put into the economy if released.
the Bubble is not housing, its property taxes, its the taxes that will destroy any hope for recovery.
