The promo group Tweeted that they didn’t…..

think there was any toxics here, and they tout their (ahem) most excellent DD.

You brought up LVVV, and when they thought they had completed the acquisition of APRU way back when, they converted some Preferred A’s into a shit ton of commons.

A fourth of those A shares are still outstanding. If/When they allow Tony to finally move forward, it will be upon the conversion of those shares into commons.

Now that’s toxic.
