It should be obvious to everyone this is over.

It's only over if the CE never gets removed. And, as I have said numerous times here, a man in his 50's with no criminal record and a prominent career most likely wouldn't throw it away with his "buddies" when one of them is already under investigation from the FBI for the exact same thing.

He tried to sell the farm for goodness sake!

You can't sell what you don't own. He doesn't own it.

For all we know, the person they were looking for had to stay connected to CATV. Stipulation or condition upon sale of the farm that they must work with CIGN.

It's what they are trying to do with the Craft Cannabis company. Multi-state operation of different growers.

The farm. The products. The winning of the Fluent lawsuit. The CanIt Pods. Craft Cannabis.

He put out a few phony PR's about selling hemp and containers to himself.

I still can't believe you think he sold product to himself and thought he was trying to fool people.

Of all the ways you can "fake sell" your product, he puts out a PR STATING THAT HE IS SELLING PRODUCT TO HIMSELF? Like, he couldn't just start another business under a different name and sell product to them? Or like someone else that has a company that doesn't do anything?

I've watched the TV show the worlds dumbest criminals but this is a new take on dumb.

He sold product to the subsidiaries of CATV. A very, very, very normal thing to do.

Do you expect him to buy products for his subsidiaries through competitors?

It's even stranger that his quarterly report is horrible. Wouldn't a scammer be more inclined to, you know, fudge the books? After all they are unaudited. He can put whatever he wants.
