GC operates a water plant with set bills and needs to sell a set amount of water monthly to break even.

A beverage company bragging about filling individual purchase orders or even a few truckloads doesn't mean anything because those POs are needed to pay the bills.

Complete clown world if anyone thinks that this is how a beverage plant business operates.
