A reverse split anytime within the next two years will cause an even deeper loss in shareholder value and give Mikah a cheaper opportunity to buy Elite !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"IF" this new distribution arm of Elite pans out to be profitable and revenues continue to grow, a share repurchase plan would be the best benefit to shareholders at share prices below $0.25 per share,
