Reverse split can be the kiss of death and frequently is. Buy Back would be better to remove some of the excess shares BUT this might be better holding off until we see how the business is handling the many changes now being worked through. New sales guy, new CFO, New direct sales for primary product, other new products awaiting approvals, etc. There's so much happening right now that can be either make or break the company. Reverse split will NOT help at this time.
