I agree. The occasional management schedule slip is to be expected. The cascade of delays that we've seen recently wreak are beginning to cause me to wonder if management is incompetent or dishonest. I have a whole lot of reasons to hope neither is true, but I've been taken by hucksters enough to know they are often hard to spot.
