Auditors for prior non-audited shell have HUGE Liabilities.

His issue is the big four won't audit without huge notations since the unknowns exist in the prior LACK OF AUDIT.

They, the big four, have deep pockets for investor lawsuits for "unknowns" so they won't and CAN'T provide a audit opinions without nasty disclosures -- which make them worthless -- especially with the recent "un represented liabilities" coming forth from the old RGLG management/representatives.

He's trying to do it right from what I can see -- just is limited not from Entrex's side -- but the old RGLG apparent lack of honesty and certainly lack of prior audit.
