It’s been known for ten years, Emil is looking to sell the company. If in fact, Amazon infringes less, what difference does that make? Do you really think Bezos, is going to give VPLM a license agreement and help fund VPLM in continuing to sue him over the ‘606 patent? He’s much smarter than that. Too many players involved.

I kinda hope it is a license agreement, the PPS will probably go higher than what some are expecting as an acquisition PPS. There would probably be less dilution, as well.
