Three things, France is moving faster than previous years on mining rights. A lot going on in parliament.

2nd, Africa is untapped for Brine extraction, Africa wants its cut and they want to cut China out, follow the mining minister(he is a talker).

3rd, I am out for a bit, have a crazy busy summer ahead of me.

Mid August is my slated return.
