No, not really.

Because of the reverse split current price of $3.14 is equal to.00209 per share on the old shares. Meaning that anyone who bought the old shares are losing a lot of money.

Any shareholder who bought shares before the split will NEVER make any money in PMCB.

As a matter of fact anyone who bought right after the split would have paid .15-.18 per share, so they will not make money either.
