for so so long he felt comfortable operating in darkness, taking the company off line, not filing for 6-9 months at a time...

crap or get off the pot time has come and gone

now the reality that people are FINALLY looking into this "company" is a good thing for us because it obviously can't get any worse.

so maybe now either he'll be forced to perform adequately and on time OR enough shenanigans will be discovered he'll have to walk away.

praying the status quo can not survive here... anything is possible but i feel like a major shift is coming
