If the steakhouse is any good. It is busy, why would you tip 15-20%. 10 tables per hour, $75 tab for 2. 10 X $75 = $750 per hour x 15% = The Waitress that isn't worth it is making $112.50 per hour plus his/her base wage.

Smart would be slipping him/her $7 cash for him/her doesn't have to claim it, and you save yourself $4.25.
