if courts do their job, we may see light at the end of tunnel. but I am not too sure. another example of hypocrisy and politics, judges should have no place in politics.

roberts court did injustice with collins case and by not taking the takings claim. who knows how they may twist rop case even though it is a slam dunk imo.
