A NEW BOARD AND A NEW OPERATING BUSINESS WITH A MAJOR CBD
MANUFACTURING CONCERN

American Diversified Holdings Corporation (OTC: "ADHC") is pleased to announce
today that agreements in have been reached on numerous fronts that will drastically
shape the ADHC in the years to come.
ADHC will be appointing a new CEO, in the very near future. This MBA degreed
individual is a seasoned cannabis executive with decades of experience with starting,
financing, growing and eventually selling several large-scale Cannabis concerns.
Additionally, ADHC has formed a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) to assist in guiding
management as we go forward. Several nationally known prominent members of the
cannabis community with experience ranging from the Scientific arena to developing
mass market retail sales of CBD products and large volume manufacturing operations.
The final component will be the announcement of a broad alliance with a major
cannabis manufacturer that will solidly put ADHC on the map in the Cannabis arena and
position the company for revenue growth.
Details on the specifics of these developments will be forth coming in the next few
weeks as preliminary agreements are formalized.
