2. Outstanding: 15M - Float: 14M

3. Fully SEC Reporting and Compliant.

4. Audited Financials.

5. Was $4 a few months ago.

6. Dropped to .02 for NO Reason other than possible shorting, and lack of interest. NO Dilution.

7. Market Cap:@ $450,000.
