Audit update.

I spoke to Watkins. To be current they need LO and Audit.

He points out that any auditor faces the unknown with the "Shambles" being found in the old financial statements - or lack there-of. The best he expects is Entrex being audited with massive notes on the unknown liabilities of previous RGLG which makes the audit really "unknown other liabilities" which is not exactly a valued audit.

He was disappointed with the "unknown" financial surprises not represented by the financials nor in the Reps and Warranties provided.

He expects to be audited this year but sounds like what he calls a "White Shoed" auditing firm will be earliest 2024.

He appears to want to do it right -- which we don't often see in the OTC world -- Certainly not for years from RGLG
