Arbitrator used language of Actual / Intentional fraud and will appoint a receiver to collect judgements for damages. Dokis multi-pronged attack to circumvent paying loans blew up in their faces. All Dokis arguments to avoid paying loans were without merit and the attempt to stack the board with family to squash attempts to collect on the debt went down the drain.
