I have already stated this as it’s known to be a fact - that the OTC markets profile will indeed update once all of the data transfers from SEC audited to OTC markets. They don’t need to update their OTC market profile seperately. You no longer will be looking for filings over at OTC markets.

You will be looking for future filings and 8k uploads on SEC. The Otc markets game is about $$. They will be assisting with the move up to OTCQB- so there is every reason to believe a great relationship now exists.

I have put an email in to find out exactly how long the form 10 processing will take before any suspected potential move may be needed. If we hear that the audits are really really close to upload - then I doubt any of this matters at all as we will skyrocket on that fact pattern IMO.
