I wonder if this has been hashed out?

Janbella Group is the holder of several promissory notes issued by the company on November 1,2022 for $58,829.06 and $40,800.00 on March 7, 2023, there is a potential change in control due to the note currently being in default and pledge of common and preferred shares as a security pledge



It was due on 5/7/23. Surely those shares issued were for a dividend right?
