It doesn't say that yet because it hasnt been set in stone. But it should be somewhere around there with the potential to then profit from an upsurge in price after the new bank brings in a merger.

I mean cmon....think about it. Why would a reputable finance company want to buy a shell OTC company unless they had a private co ready to come in?
