Much agreed… need something that starts the buying frenzy…

Haven’t sold the home yet. We have a couple “anchors” keeping us down unfortunately: for now. Mom’s 81, getting her into assisted living, and hospital visits- falling..attorneys, cfp’s and CPA’s- tax arrays- will trust… lots going on to get her into order. Long story…

I’ll be in the hitting te bid stage extremely soon. 3 days for funds to clear… dammit.
