Total BS!

As I've stated, I don't think VP's team has come this far with Amazon, through Amazon's multiple efforts to move out of WACO, with their multiple move requests filings, mandamus filings, appeals etc.., wins in claims constructions (keep in mind we're still waiting on AlBright's ruling/consideration on reconsideration request for total/complete VP claims win), IPR wins and everything else to just say "OK Amazon, just settle with us, no harm no foul".

That's REALLY good one!

Amazon hates WACO, because they're guilty, like every other infringer and it can be proven and Amazon knows it! VP has Amazon by the balls, squeezing tightly and won't let go.

There will be a financial apparatus to this settlement, it may not be $HUGE, but there will be one, which in and of itself, is HUGE!!
