SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

We have posted updated and revised Disclosures on OTC Markets, and will file the Attorneys letter as to Current status today. Our last attorney, Simon, who is partially pralized, could not complete the letters on time, so9 we were downgraded a tier.Howevere, our new attorney Alex S., came to the table and got things filed.

This should return the company back to OTCPK Pink "Current" status, hopefully this week.

Also, our MJ investments are finally showing progress via several products that we developed and are releasing using our inventories of MJ from Oklahoma. We are waiting to get releses, so we can post a PR either this week or next. Our Delat 9 is incredibly potent, and its fully legal to sell in many states, including Texas.

We will post detailed informetion on our products, web portal where clients can buy them, as well as our distribution chain, where you can buy them in C store all over the USA. (C stores-convinient stores, and at states where Delta 9 iapproved for sale).
