It was perfect day, clear out sellers who can't do MATH ,understand valuation and
or don't believe

I believe the deal will close so happy to take shares these levels

The deal will be the first step and once complete
I believe we see the shareholder base grow tremendously
It's all about quality
the transition of shareholder base to a majority of real long term sophisticated investors versus penny wise pound foolish penny day traders
