Hi! great thread about TMNA

Today I bought TMNA shares and when series A and B are converted in shares I expect TMNA share price to rocket.

series A will be converted in the shareholders meeting of 7 June, the question is when is going to be converted the series B, which is almost all shares that TMNA will own, 337M shares out 390M shares to be owned by TMNA.

we need the Nasdaq approval and Shareholders approval for serie B and to get it earlier than 30 of June, have you talked about this?

it would make sense that serie A must be converted prior to ask Nasdaq for approval for series B, however I dont understand why TIO has waited till june to convert series A, now everything must be done quickly in June to end series B conversion in time
