I will tell you why I think the pps has been dropping and it has nothing to do with Barbara selling shares ( I have the utmost confidence that Emil would not do anything to jeopardize his litigation efforts against multiple defendants by illegally selling a paltry number of shares). According to some investors I have talked to, Rich (IR) has been telling at least some , not to get too excited about the current Amazon settlement and that they were working on much bigger settlements which they hoped to announce in the future. It is my belief that he has stated this because one, the settlement is unlikely to include much money if at all and second, because this settlement is solely about the Gateway Mobile Patents and not the 606 patent suite. Although I have not been privy to the estimated damages, it is well known that the 606 patents are much more lucrative and damages will be much greater for Amazon. So now that we have discussed Barbara's stock sales ad nauseum, lets focus on what is really important which is the contents of the upcoming settlement with Amazon and whether or not it will be received positively or not by investors. the prophet
