I was on the conference call...seems like they got the 65% vote they needed to proceed on Sunday night. Looks like they received a few more votes in the last 2 days which is also good. Sounds like MEOA will be releasing an 8k.
Our meeting is on Thursday.

I expect the merger to happen within a week :)
