I understand why my posts aren't popular, but I was one of the few that correctly believed that the appeal might be an issue and wouldn't be dismissed immediately, as claimed.

Sadly, the people best off are the flippers that bought and sold for a profit while the longs got bagged again. I just hope there is no overlap between the people claiming it would be dismissed quickly and the flippers dumping for a profit.

If you invest for the long haul and can hold through 2024 or later, these prices are pretty appealing. I don't want to talk any long term investors out of investing, but I do try to provide a realistic assessment so that nobody is tricked into buying because they expect the appeal to be dismissed by summer or anything unrealistic like that.
