The custodian never had voting control here to do anything besides file state business records. He appointed board members and gave out shares, both would be illegal to do with blanket voting control already established here. Just look @ 2016 last quarterly through SEC and first one he filed after he took control through OTCM. They omit all mention of class B, that was the poison pill type protection here.
