By the way foggy, I got bored splitting warts with you over the directors of this company being indemnified.
We were discussing why the DNAG investors are paying the bill for the lawsuit between a supplier and another company. It seems that before they ran their last company into the ground, Gomez and Gabriel cheated some guy out of his paycheck. He worked for the old company but didn't get paid, he sued them, he won. However, instead of them paying up out of their own cheating pockets they are paying him out of DNAG's wallet.
Not only are they paying him with shareholders money, they are paying him in spite of the SEC telling them it is against public policy to pay him with DNAG money. They say, we are going to do it and if anybody doesn't like it they can take us to court and we'll see what the court says.
Not only are they paying him what they owe, they are paying him a huge bonus if he will take newly printed shares instead of cash. That way he can sell the shares, get his money, get his bonus and it will save them having to do it for him. How convenient.
Don't ry to change the subject with those Dutchess 'puts', we'll get to them when the time comes.
Tell us how you are going to avoid the current subject.
regards,
frog
