That does seem to be the case ........... The question we must ask ourselves is why and after many years, what action should be taken to correct this problem ??????????

Correct me if I'm wrong but I recall the current CEO coming to Elite in August of 2013 talk of getting Elite's ART approved and I believe there was something about a three year timeframe on that ..... At that time the CEO did not receive a salary, only shares ????? Since that time, the CEO now receives $500,000.00 per year and $500,000.00 of shares per year, a very generous (in my opinion) expense account, PLUS his position at Elite gave him the opportunity to purchase 50% of the Adderall using his private pharma company that should not be in operation at this time per the SEC filings !!!!!!!!

I do not see that Elite's shareholders have benefitted at all,
