And there you go. This is what happens when people don't READ past the first few lines and understand what the document means. Scrolling down reveals a LIST of reporting standards. At the bottom of that list you will see
"Alternative filing standard".
Now...I know this can be a lot, but click and READ.. magically hopefully you will see the alternative reirements are different from the SEC reporting standards listed on the first page.

Or to save yourself a lot of pain, you can explain why so many Attorney Letters are being filed for no reason on nearly every ticker on the otc. Hint, they are not SEC reporting
