Likely insider information to a select few. Looks like evidence of his "calls" with certain investors on his twit friends' pages. Still just a squarespace page, though.
He has done this before, but usually to generate some temporary buying interest to absorb some of the shares being dumped.
It is not just the one furnishing material non-public information, but those trading based on it that could be at risk.
