The issue is the same, in the most recent 10Q TMNA could not have been more cryptic on their plans for the TIO share distribution if any plans to distribute at all. T

We have no idea what we are investing in. Are we investing in TIO or some company that is going to use their stake in TIO to capitalize future endeavors. We have no idea what those future endeavors will be.

Until that question is addressed the stock will languish.
