Fact is PCT got rid of dead weight and those employees that didn’t live up to expectations in HC.

In return PCT continues to receive revenue into 2024. The money received from the sale allows PCT to pay down debt, supply generators to the OG sector, move into AG and increase their marketing budget.

I’d say that was a smart move on PCT’s part.

Those that see the sale of HC as panic selling have no understanding about why a company would shift into markets that can return considerable revenue vs hanging onto dead weight. Happens all the time in the business world.

Buy sell or hold should always be made based on one's own due diligence. The only person looking out for your money is you.
