IF I were on the AMAZON LEGAL TEAM, the very LAST thing I would do is SETTLE if I had a slam dunk case to take to court…..AMAZON doesn’t care about legal fees. They did not agree to settle to save fees…. They agreed because of a trip wire set by VPLM…. Meta Did NOT have the head of IP Litigation and head of in house legal ( and their outside council) at their meeting with VOIP because they had time to kill before lunch……. T MOBILE probably has a pretty good idea of what VPLM has up their sleeve, since THE SAME LEGAL TEAM THAT AMAZON HAS will show up to their conference……the same team that obviously recommended AMAZON to settle rather than go to trial……. Just my opinion….
