Well, there is no "management", just one guy.

It’s criminal but where we have been manipulated to with managements continued silence

No "management", no employees, no contracts or revenues, no sales people or HR, no accountant or lawyer.

PPS has spent 2 years dripping lower from above 10c to less than 1/10 of a penny.

Meanwhile, shareholders are waiting on delinquent filings.

But other than that, $VXIT seems legit...
