Funny how you FAIL to recognize Market Capitalization. The Biggest Arbitrage situation I have seen in the OTC in years.. PLPL Market Cap is $7M and the Byoplanet is worth HUNDREDS of MILLIONS.. So yes REVERSE SPLIT ME. My shares will trade 1/100 thinner or 1/1000 thinner..

This is going to Uplist and they will not dilute. I am sure the company will come on record with both Claims..
