Some things I read about PCTL are supported with facts and other things have no factual support. Below is one thought that has no merit because there are no facts to support it. I challenge anyone to show the VP of business or any officer at PCTL committed fraud by giving the impression
folks are buying shares only for PCTL officers to sell shares.

No, but what the crooked fraudster vp of business is trying to do is give the impression that folks are buying. He, along with the other shills, are attempting to trick unwitting retail investors into thinking things are heading north. Meanwhile they're selling their low cost/no cost shares to the retail guy, laughing all the way to the bank.

One thing is true for those folks who bought PCTL at .0015 or so have seen the SP appreciate.

Just like any other company that's made mistakes their SP reflects those mistakes. The decisions of any company including PCTL to right those mistakes is what fuels SP appreciation as PCTL's SP indicates.

I look forward to the 2022 10K and 2023 Q1 10Q being filed by June 30th. This will give much-needed insight into where the company is headed.
