@moon45184976 Is a fake Twitter account but that doesn’t matter to the SP because investors will believe anything if they believe other investors also are currently believing anything, the MOUs are actually just plane tickets out of the country to escape the newly funded and authorized IRS agents, they didn’t disclose material events, but the key here is that the company is pumping the Shareprice at key chart times to make it seem like they are a legit operation and believable and to escape public critique as they quietly exit the country on the charter planes with all their stuff. All imo.
